It’s a new day in America

When I woke up last Wednesday morning, things felt right. Things felt normal. For the first time in a long while.
President Donald Trump was re-elected in a landslide mandate on Tuesday, winning all seven swing states, and with much improved performance in even the bluest of states. The supposed “blue wall” of the midwest has officially been toppled.
This wasn’t just a rejection of Kamala Harris, who was elevated to the top of the ticket without winning a single vote or really doing anything else ever, but it was a strong repudiation of her long standing far-leftist positions and those who have captured the 21st century Democrat Party and the legacy media. Your average American, regardless of race, gender, or age, wasn’t buying it. They saw through the lies. The choice was clear. The differences were obvious. And the choice was made.
Restoring Sanity
Just a few years ago, no one would have imagined that a man would be able to compete against women on an athletic team, much less be forced to shower and change next to them in a locker room. Yet today, Harris, Biden, and most Democrats pushed this insanity and are still now incapable of even telling you what a woman is.
Everyone with a basic understanding of science – and reality- can tell you that men are stronger, faster, and bigger than women. It is simply not a fair fight and it is not fair to take a spot on the team or on the awards podium from a woman. Frankly, it is bizarre that a man would want to do so.
And it’s a #metoo abusive moment if you want to expose our young girls to fully intact men in our girls’ safe and private spaces. Yet Harris and her friends were unwilling to say as much. Where are the vacuous hypocritical Democrat celebrities now?
Then the mainstream media failed to ask Harris basic questions about this, mainly because they don’t see a problem with it. But as it turns out, the American people strongly do.
For most people, this may not seem the biggest issue in their life. But if you can lie and cheat about something so basic and obvious, you can lie and cheat about anything. American voters rejected the left’s war against reality, truth, and just basic biology. They strongly declared they just want … normal.
This election was a rejection of radical woke DEI initiatives and identity politics. We believe that America must always be a place where you rise or fall based on your own abilities and work ethic. And our love for our dear neighbor.
Continuing down the pathway set by radical race hustlers and sexual identity ideologues is at odds with human flourishing and continued American exceptionalism.
The people have spoken. Tuesday was a bad day for this toxic wokeness and a great day for America.
Restoring Hope
Beyond a return to normalcy and sanity, the election of Donald Trump should also bring hope to those who have been hurt by the economy of the past four years. How many young professionals or families have been unable to buy their first home because interest rates and home prices quickly soared so highly under the Biden-Harris administration? How many others have struggled just to meet the basic needs of their families due to painful energy and grocery inflation? If the first Trump presidency is any indication, relief is ahead. Even the stock market seemed to leap for joy Wednesday morning.
One of the most encouraging and hopeful observations from election day was the number of young people who came out to support Donald Trump. Often ignored by Republicans and taken for granted by Democrats, young voters have probably been more impacted by the current state of the economy and by recent government crackdowns and authoritarian censorship more than anyone else.
The extreme intolerance on many college campuses, many with ridiculous, baseless, and seemingly never-ending COVID restrictions has proven destructive. These young people lost their proms, sporting events, college classes and normal community experiences; they lost funerals for their grandparents, they lost friends, and now they feel they have lost hope in the American dream.
Many young people strongly voted on Tuesday to reject such foolishness, and early Wednesday morning, we saw videos on countless college campuses with a sea of American flags celebrating. Something is happening on college campuses. AND WE SUPPORT THEM!
America is still strong. Here’s to the next four years, and beyond!
I thank you for helping make this change happen, my dear friends. We have much more work to do. Are you with me?
